Port, Land port & sea ensure goods clear. Making Scrutiny all the original & endorsement documents before handover to C&F (Dhaka/Chittagong) for clearing goods. Issuing import L/C in favor of local and foreign suppliers. To know the vessel position of imported goods & take necessary steps. If any discrepancy of shipping docs/imported goods, inform the respective authority & consult with the supplier if necessary. To maintain all time communication with warehouse & C&F agent until Imported goods arrive at factory from port. Confidently dealing with the insurance company for insurance cover note, policy, bill processing, claim functions. To ensure sending original & endorse documents with necessary papers to C&F of Airport, Sea. To collect inventory report from factory after arriving goods. Arrange all supporting papers/documents to enclose with LC. To submit relevant documents /paper to make amendment in LC if required. To update LC files time to time & follow up all shipment status. Must have sound knowledge on all Export procedure related to Industry. Capable to negotiate with shipping lines & Freight Forwarder. Able to handle all logistics activities related to import & export. To make Invoice & Packing list, Shipment Booking Submission. Have to checking, verifying and approving all factory inventory and final bill. Collect all certificate import and export purpose. To Prepare bank documents and documents for respective buyer. Besides the above duties & responsibilities I need to perform any other additional task assigned by the Company Department Head Or Management.
