Roi Ewell is the Founder and Principal of Ewell & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in public affairs, business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and social progress solutions. Known as a key advisor to executive teams, Ewell & Associates delivers unique solutions to a diverse client base encompassing public affairs, corporate responsibility, and executive coaching. For over 26 years, Roi held several senior leadership roles with Anheuser-Busch Companies and SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment before founding his own firm in 2015. Key roles included Corporate Vice President of Industry Affairs and Social Responsibility, Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Group Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications.In October 2023, Roi was elected as the National Chair of the board of directors for the Public Affairs Council, the leading nonpolitical, industry association for public affairs professionals worldwide the leading. In 2021, he led the efforts to establish the Council’s first Social Impact Committee (formerly the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee) which continues to serve as a resource for inclusive excellence for the Council’s membership.Roi is active with several industry and community organizations and currently serves as a board trustee and chair of the advocacy committee for the Orlando Science Center, a member of the board of directors for the Central Florida Foundation, and a business mentor for Rally: A Social Enterprise Accelerator which connects entrepreneurs with resources, funding, and mentors to help them build self-sustainable ventures.Ewell earned a master’s degree in Personnel Administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Norfolk State University. Ewell is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
