Programme Office Analyst, Group Climate Change Programme
responsible for:• Providing ad-hoc support and analysis across the wider Programme as required, for example liaising with senior stakeholders on the April Sustainable Banking Committee pack and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to co-ordinate, collate and refine the bank’s response to the 2021 GARP Climate Risk Survey. • Tracking the performance and progress of climate workstreams. • Maintaining and assuring centrally tracked plans and risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.• Supporting in the identification and monitoring of cross-project and programme dependencies.• Providing secretariat activities for climate workstreams including meeting minutes, input papers to meetings, terms of reference and communications to stakeholders. • Establishing quality assurance activities for various project deliverables and establishing knowledge management activities.• Providing regulatory assurance by reviewing, amending and improving our key mapping and evidence documents. • Supporting the Opportunities and Returns workstream through input in the Sustainable Banking Committee, refining the workstream Executive Steering Group (ESG) plan and developing financial tracking. • Supporting the stand-up of the Measurement and Reporting workstream, including establishing key governance meetings, board papers and financial tracking. • Supporting production of the Climate ESG pack, including ensuring key milestones are accurate and traceable through the Programme workstream’s underlying governance and plans. • Liaising with workstreams to provide accurate and timely budget and forecasting information into the Climate Change Risk Management Programme Board (overall budget £10.4m).• Liaising with key climate stakeholders to provide accurate and timely budget and forecasting information into the Climate Change ESG (overall budget £35m).
