This entailed regularly reviewing the quality, scope and viability of these projects via a robust governance and change control process. Ensuring transparency and good stakeholder management via the development and execution of a robust reporting and communication strategy. Proactive management of project risks, issues and dependencies through regular review and governance. Working with cross-functional teams across the bank, to ensure the right mix of expertise and insight in successful delivery of these projects.
