I am currently Business Manager to the Managing Director of Homes in AIB. Ensuring delivery on strategic projects in the Homes pillar. AIB Homes is responsible for meeting the Homes needs of all our customers across AIB, EBS and Haven brands. Our remit is wider than just mortgages. We will be expanding our offering to meet more of our customers’ needs than we currently do right now. The Homes Business comprises the following core functions: Sales teams for AIB and EBS, Mortgage Customer Experience (MCX) & Enablement, Proposition Design, Strategy, Innovation & Performance Management, Tracker Review Programme, Products, Change & Portfolio Management, and First Line Risk Management and Assurance.Previously I was Head of Social Media at AIB, transforming how the financial sector uses social media and digital communications to best serve their customers by delivering world class social media strategies for the AIB, First Trust, AIB GB and EBS brands. I am a passionate digital marketer who enjoys building innovative marketing communications which have digital and social at their core.
