I blend an imaginative yet practical approach to my work with a background in arts management, youth arts participation and co-created programming. I manage, design, deliver and facilitate creative learning and engagement programmes for a variety of communities at a local, national and international level. Some of the groups I work with include children and young people living with lifelong health conditions and disabilities, seldom heard communities, artists, community leaders, health professionals, cultural practitioners, designers, researchers and technologists.I strive towards co-creating tangible change towards improving wellbeing, through facilitating meaningful creative engagements. I adopt a person centred approach to my work, supported by research backed evaluation and data.
