I have a varied and creative background, with a bachelor's degree in Photography and experience in teaching before moving into Project Management for product development. I believe this brings me a unique and valuable set of skills - creative problem solving, an eye for detail, a genuine passion for understanding people and an aim to lead with compassion and empathy. I love working with creative people in innovative, fast-moving environments and as a leader I focus on creating working environments that cultivate trust and openness in order to empower teams.
