Buyer responsible for the buying and trading of Footwear & Licensing divisions for CK.com Europe.Work collaboratively with the Planning team to create seasonal range plans and strategies, defining detailed buy plans by incorporating consumer insights, market trends and commercial opportunities.Responsible for the selection of the Ecommerce collection from the divisional offer in alignment with the buy plan for your respective divisions.Partner with the Planning team to analyse weekly sales reports and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions during trade meetingsAttend and communicate Ecommerce business needs during key milestone meetings (e.g. MCR, Market Launch and European Retail Merchandising Meeting).Manage the Ecommerce buy process including creation of seasonal presentations (divisional sign offs) and oversee order entry in SAP, and STO creation.Oversee the seasonal strategy for the business and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure availability of digital assets (image, copy, price) prior to product launch and connect with PVH studios, marketing, content for the pre-styling walk through and Go To Market meetings.Provide directional input to the content team and studio during creative briefs for style guides, looks, features, promotions, newsletters.Work collaboratively with the Content, Site Merchandising, CRM & SEO teams to best prepare the business to develop initiatives to support particular categories and products, ensuring categories have visibility and voice.Work closely with the O&O Retail Team, sharing key sales insights and ensuring collections and strategies are aligned where possible, to give our CK consumer a strong brand message across all channels.Responsible for training and developing a Buying Coordinator, offering consistent support by arranging individual weekly check ins.

Supporting 3 Senior Buyers on top Premium & Luxury accounts within the Designer Women’s Textile- Including Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld & Victoria Beckham.Buying/managing own brand portfolio, responsible for the product selection for several Premium brands such as Club Monaco, Marchesa Notte, Kate Spade NY & DKNY.Assisting and supporting over 70 Designer brands across Luxury & Premium Women’s Textiles.Responsible for onboarding over 40 Luxury brands, including Veronica Beard, Rokh & Erdem.Collaborating with Product Safety and Condition Agreement Teams to ensure smooth onboarding to grow the Designer brand portfolio.Managing and supporting luxury and premium brands relationships.Supporting the Senior Buyer to analyse consumer trends and support on building exclusive stories, inclusive sizing and sustainable collections to drive business initiatives.Preparation of product-based analysis for trading decisions and proposals to the assortment selection for own brand portfolio.Identification of the key trends and consumer behaviours, managing the monthly/bi-weekly brands and OTB online with merchandise counterpart to ensure the capture of last-minute trends or consumer needs.Analyzing weekly sales reports to make product-based decisions and identify white spots from supplier assortment.

Reporting directly to the Buyer.Responsible for all hosiery sections in terms of initial design concept, range building and planning, order placement, monitoring of critical paths, WSSI management and key line buys.Daily use of retail math in order to forecast quantities and Rates of Sale.Analysing and presenting weekly category/vendor sales data to identify trends and themes during the weekly Buying team meeting.Use daily sales reporting to develop an in-depth understanding of product performance and customer base to develop action plans.Responsible for approval process from initial sample to production stage and management of entire sample library.Thoroughly analyse sales data, market and seasonal trends to assist the buyer with merchandise decisions.Analysing current sales trends, shipments and inventory levels, to partner with planning and allocation to react to business appropriately.Daily use of IPMS for data entry of purchase orders, order amendments and negotiating handover dates with suppliers.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to aid in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies including licensing, design, ecommerce, visual and operations teams.Tracking and interpreting fashion trends and translating these into commercial products.Continually reviewing competitor offerings in-store and online.Maintaining and managing supplier relationships effectively.Developing and sourcing new products from multiple suppliers in order to drive sales
