This framework facilitates streamlined issue escalation and effective communication with Marketing leadership, including the CMO, driving efficiency across the entire project portfolio.Spearheaded the onboarding and adoption of the Wrike project management platform, ensuring seamless integration and usage across the organization. Established the Wrike Governance Group, driving continuous process improvements, user training, and the creation of a comprehensive governance framework and knowledge base.Manage high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives such as corporate rebranding, annual user conferences, platform implementations, and website redesigns. Partner with project owners to define requirements, track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.Act as a financial liaison between the Marketing and Finance departments, managing budgets, tracking invoices, and overseeing purchase order creation to ensure financial accuracy and alignment across marketing initiatives.
