About Robert Jaques

I am a restaurant manager and I take that title seriously. I love a well run dining room as it is a true art form. I work to affect change and work towards that goal in all that I do. I believe training is an all the time every day job for all managers. I had the greatest of my experiences working in New York at Sfuzzi on 65th street and Docks Oyster Bar.
