Senior researcher and experienced clinical epidemiologist, passionate about excellence in health care. Having accumulated experience as a professor, researcher, methodologist advisor, and an active member of international research groups for over 20 years, I am skilled in teaching, mentoring, planning, developing and leading health research. I work hard to keep up to date with the latest developments that allow for more efficient use of research results in healthcare. In the last years I have been particularly involved in health knowledge translation methodology, and health outcomes research, being an active member of different networks in these fields such as the GRADE working group, Cochrane Collaboration, ISPOR, EuroQuol and G-I-N among others.
