I co-led from early stages (feasibility analysis, estimation, plan and roll out strategy) a project that gives Tenaris one of the best production planning and scheduling systems on the market (OM Partners), replacing a homemade one, and a set of integrated web applications that transform, substantially improving, the way of work of areas related to the industrial production in Tenaris, generating significant economic returns by wip and non-operative stock reduction, production leadtimes, machines productivity and others.I contributed to the achievement of project objectives by forming and coaching several agile teams, by coordinating efforts of different technology groups, by guiding groups to follow the vision and achieve target products, as well as through my contribution with technical knowledge, collaborating in the construction of some of the complex software elements of the project (I worked side by side with Architecture teams in the design of applications architecture and integration solutions using Apache Nifi, DataStage, Biztalk, and with web development teams using .Net Core, I designed data models and coded business logic in Oracle and PostgreSQL database objects).

The last 3 years in this position, contributing to the homogenization of processes and integration of Tenaris companies in a global unique system, I have led projects for implementation of SAP solution (FICO, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales & Logistics), assessing GAPs to the standard system model, coordinating different teams of experts in SAP and other integration technologies. I sucessfuly concluded this kind of projects for Tenaris plants at BayCity, Midland and McCarty in Texas US, and Batam In Indonesia.The first 2 years in this area, I collaborated with process assessment, coordinating the development and implementation (testing, users training, data conversions) of solutions that were part big projects. The two main projects were: 1. We completely redesigned the Offering & Order Acceptance process,implementing Front-End Microsoft Dynamics integrated with SAP and other satellite systems; 2. We migrated the commercial and logistics system to SAP, switching off a Legacy integrated into the Industrial System, for 3 of the most important Tenaris plants: in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.

Argentina

I collaborated in the formation of a Project Management Office at Tenaris, the definition of toolsand methodologies that substantially improved the management of a portfolio of between 100 and 140 monthly active projects in the IT area. I built and implemented an overview dashboard that improved the meetings of management for CIO decision making.I designed and built together with an ABAP programmer a tool to coordinate the assembly of theannual budget of the IT area (projects, headcount and expenses), and I also built with Access VBAand Sharepoint a tool to manage the demand-supply balance of working time of people in projects.The tools I provided improved the project management process and were a basis for a laterimplementation of an integrated project management system (Clarity and later EPM).

Thailand, Eeuu And Canada

IT Solutions delivery and Advisory services to Ventures. Project Management services. I worked mainly with customers in Thailand, US and Canada, helping them to improve their business with simple IT Solutions. I helped customers with project investment analysis: NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback analysis, marketing methods evaluation.

As part of the a project to implement SAP, all its modules, at Petrobras (Proani Project), I led a team of 4 people in the assessment of processes and roles in order to define and build access security in SAP for Petrobras. We also defined the customization of controls in critical business processes to provide Petrobras with a robust security scheme that meets the needs of system access and operation and at the same time compliance with SOX regulations.

I performed SOX audits in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams at several companies: Lloyds Bank, Banco Hipotecario, PSA Peugeot Argentina, Petrobras, Disney, L'Oreal, Cencosud, Movicom,Nobleza Piccardo, OCA, Correo Argentino and Syngenta. In the banking sector, I worked with massive data processing for recalculation and verification of financial statements, and theexecution of controls dictated by regulations of the Argentine Central Bank. In companies ofother sectors, I directed the review of security aspects of their main ERP and data integrations ofcritical processes, and the general operation and controls of the IT area, issuing executive summaries and diagnosis reports and presenting them to the CIO or equivalent IT Chief of the company.
