Credit Risk Analyst
Current- Performed Risk Systems Support at the global level. Stands as a Single Point of Contact and a One Stop Shop for users to escalate Training Queries, Exposure Investigations, Data Quality Investigations, Reports/Data.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests as they come across the helpdesk via email or phone.
- Determine, and advise the cause of the problems that affect day-to-day functionality of the systems; proposing creative solutions or workarounds (when applicable).
- Creation of a database to manage daily metrics for SLA that also provides detail reporting to managers and peers.
- Monthly analysis to isolate the deltas for further investigation on the unusual peaks.
