·       Monitor and maintaining daily operation of BMS as per standard guidelines.·       Ensuring healthy condition of building critical room by ensuring timely monitoring.·       Ensure normal operation of client server rooms and hub room by  close monitoring of PAC, UPS, Fire system etc. ensuring all parameters are as per standard guidelines.·       Create and maintain AMC tracker and ensure all maintenance activity are carried out timely.·       Create and update equipment's SOP, EOP etc. as and when required.·       While carrying out critical repair activity or any beaker down repair, ensuring proper implementing Work method statement (WMS) and all safety practices.·       Monitoring daily and monthly activity tickets by ensuring timely closure.·       Provide assistance in Carrying out and monitor ongoing repair or up gradation project at site.·       Creating, tracking and monitoring of daily snags point and ensure timely closure.
