Lee) tower and shopping podium, the World’s 2nd Tallest Building, in Taipei, Taiwan. Systems include: elevators, escalators, electrical P & L, 22KV distribution, emergency generators, domestic water & grey water, sprinkler, fire alarm, BMS, security, telecommunication, HVAC, chillers and ice storage.Tasks included: MEP constructability review, quality assurance, elevator claims resolution, electrical and plumbing startup supervision, securing emergency power system commissioning acceptance.
