Responsible for CM-At-Risk administration on the City of San Francisco’s $300 million, public bid, 510,000 square foot, 3 OSHPD Permit, LEED Silver, Laguna Honda Replacement Hospital (A&A), an acute care and rehabilitation hospital.Systems include: pre-purchases, elevator, electrical P&L, SCADA, emergency generators, medical gas, domestic water and waste, fire alarm, sprinkler, BMS and security.Responsible for MEP buyout and CM administration on the $500 million, public bid, 1.3 million square foot, 8 floor up/2 down, 525 bed Ronald Reagan Hospital at UCLA (P&W), an acute care and teaching facility.Hospital departments include: surgery, imaging, diagnostics, trauma, neonatal, pediatric, ICU, and psychiatric.Responsible for MEP design development and bidout on the $700 million, 4 million square foot, 101 floor Taipei Financial Center (C.Y. Lee) tower and shopping podium, the World’s 2nd Tallest Building, in Taipei, Taiwan. Systems include: elevators, escalators, electrical P & L, 22KV distribution, emergency generators, domestic water & grey water, sprinkler, fire alarm, BMS, security, telecommunication, HVAC, chillers and ice storage.Tasks included: MEP constructability review, quality assurance, elevator claims resolution, electrical and plumbing startup supervision, securing emergency power system commissioning acceptance.

Responsible for Electrical Trade Management at New York Hospital-FDR Building (HOK), a 1 million square foot, 700 patient new building and renovation project. Systems include: data, fiber optics, nurse call, patient monitoring, security, fire alarm, electrical P & L, 13.2 KV distribution and emergency generators; Construction ENR Project of the Year, 1997.Tasks included: project planning & leadership, engineering problem resolution, purchasing administration, securing change order acceptance.

Responsible for the 5 million square foot, waterfront, mixed use redevelopment at Brooklyn Army Terminal (BBB).Tasks included: securing timely municipal, AHJ and utility approvals, design management from concept through bid, bid package creation, construction contracts’ award and administration, supervision of construction, building operation and tenant relations.
