I am a professional service and sales person with over 10 years of experience specializing in telecommunications and IT. I have worked for Telekom Slovenia d.d., at one of their biggest authorized dealers, taking care of our client and business partners (Krka d.d., NEK d.d., Štemberger Vinogradništvo s.p. , Kartuzija Pleterje, Vama Trade d.o.o., Janus Trade d.o.o.). I provided tech support for Android, iOS and Windows and I performed troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing hardware and/or software.In past 7 years I have attended seminars about mobile networks, new technologies, sales tactics and communications, tech support, and customer service at Telekom Slovenia.
