CurrentAs a Product Manager at one of the largest telecom operators in the region, I push the development and launch of innovative device portfolios across seven countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro). With a strong focus on the device side of the telco business, I specialize in mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other computing products. My goal is to ensure we deliver top-tier products and services to our customers while staying ahead of global market trends.Key Achievements:• Led the successful launch of two ODM (Own Device Management) portfolios, which included branded mobile phones, kids' watches, and earbuds. These products achieved significant market success across four key markets in just two years.• Spearhead the quarterly negotiations with the world's leading phone vendors, securing the best deals for the four mobile countries that sell mobile packages.• Launched a Trade-In Service in two countries (with plans to expand to more countries), allowing customers to trade in old devices for a discount on new ones.• Managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and legal teams.I thrive in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and bring tangible value to our customers and the company.
