I have working experience in the development field for the last 8 years, including 4 years in an emergency program in Cox’s Bazar. I have been directly involved in the field-level humanitarian activities implementation process. Currently, I am responsible for overall coordination and networking with camp administration as well as respective IPs. Also assist in project planning, budget preparation, need assessment formulating and approval, pieces of training & workshops facilitation, preparing all reports and documents properly in relation to SGBV programming in time, and all other required activities ensured smooth operations in the project. During my tenure with Oxfam, I have achieved the experience that how to adapt to work under pressure and respond in emergency conditions. In light of these experiences and attending several pieces of training builds my confidence that I can work as a team member. I have experience in Conducting capacity-building & mentoring staff and community members. I am experienced in preparing DIP (detailed implementation Plan), supply plan, and incorporating new ideas into the program design based on protection trend analysis from the field. During this period, I had been implemented community-based protection programming in the refugee camps and mixed host community’s context in accordance with the project design for achieving the goals, Led the field activities engaging community-based protection structures comprising mixed community representatives in coordination with the local authority.
