As dealership manager I am directly responsible for retail sales, export sales, service department and body shop & paint department. Dealing with people management, business process optimization, marketing and cost analysis. Developing strategies for future dealership development and responsible for stock management. Currently we have 50 employees and our revenue is more than 60 mil EUR. We are number 1 in market share for Volkswagen and have more than 4,8 score with customer satisfaction.
