My duties include working with customers and prospects to gather requirements, architect global deployments, and plan for migrations and ongoing operations. - Built the first iteration of the Django adapter for CockroachDB.- Helped to design topology patterns, which helped to expand the number of use cases in which can use CockroachDB. - Troubleshoot performance and hardware issues with several customers. - Lead technical proofs of concepts with prospects.- Give in-depth technical presentations to customers and perform presentations at other public forums on CockroachDB.

Own all technical aspects of the sales process. I was responsible for all technical components of the sale cycle for OEM customers and partners. Managed critical areas of development that provided connectivity to several SaaS, NoSQL, and enterprise applications, along with driving product usability:- Closed the largest OEM deal in the company’s history by architecting a solution for zero message loss using ActiveMQ that addressed a key concern for the customer.- Prototyped a new connector framework for Mule ESB and, from this work, was put in charge of a newly created team that was responsible for the development of 20 new connectors. These connectors have had a direct positive impact on sales and market traction.- Developed the first customer application for MuleSoft’s iPaaS solution that provides integration services in the cloud.- Provided vital input to the engineering team around reliability, high availability, security, and overall product usability.- Created several extensions and patches for Mule ESB.

Managed major releases and developed new product prototypes while working closely with customers to increase market share and revenue. - Implemented a new product prototype that made use of GoldenGate, Tibco EMS and Oracle RAC, which was critical to a multimillion-dollar sale, using resources from outside contractors along with engineering and professional services. Personally responsible for designing the user interface along with providing Flex and Java development support.

Presented the technical aspects of Composite technology to a wide audience from C-level executives to database administrators and application developers.- Responsible for over 3 million dollars in revenue in 2007. - Supported 3 sales executives covering verticals ranging from financial services, pharmaceuticals, and energy.- Scoped and delivered proof of concepts to prospective customers, managing all technical aspects of the engagement. This included answering RFIs and creating summary presentations highlighting the solution in regards to the predefined success criteria. - Implemented data services for prospective and existing customers that integrated data across multiple data sources including web services and databases such as Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, Netezza, and Teradata.
