★Responsible for (Interior project from foundation to finishing & Construction Project Finishing Stage) implementing work program and give necessary instructions accordingly as per plans & specifications.★Prepare estimation of materials, Measurement book writing, Maintain store utility Records.★Attended engineering meetings, coordinate between design team & Client’s requirements to make a happy client.★Maintain properly and documents communications with both stakeholder. ★Discussion preparing action plan for the project implementation.★Prepare contractor bill (Revised & Running) as per terms and condition of work order like (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, Wood, Glass, Metal, Paint, Etc).★Conducting weekly training on safety and quality maintenance to day to day working team at the project.

★Supervised and monitoring all activities of construction project works like (Pile Foundation, Structural, Masonry, Finishing) Etc. ★Supervised and monitoring all activities of interior project works like (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, Wood, Glass, Metal, Paint) Etc.★Prepare estimation of materials & coordinate supply department.★Preparing of work schedule (Daily, weekly and Monthly) and submit to the management.★Coordinate with Chief Engineer for work schedule preparation.like (Construction & Interior) Drawing.★Develop relationship and maintain well communication with attended engineering meetings, coordinate between design team & Client’s requirements to make a happy client. ★Prepare contractor bill (Revised & Running) as per terms and condition of work order like (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, Wood, Glass, Metal, Paint, Etc).★Ensuring the quality of materials at project and supervised wastage of materials during execution of work.★Responsible to working team, technical staff for ensure buildup knowledge for proper field.
