Responsible for overseeing the daily Chinese operations of the company. My task is to liaise between the client airlines and pilots. I provide a high standard of pilot support during initial screening and training. I also support pilots during their ongoing employment with the client airline. Over the past five years and a half I have become very familiar with the recruitment and training processes of the various airlines here in China. I am well equipped to help pilots in their daily administrative dealings with their chosen airline. I am also well versed in the CAAC requirements both regarding initial recruitment standards and also ongoing pilot medical renewals.
