Stakeholders: Telefonica/ Huawei Project task: POC Alpha, Delta, SoPro Projects for Civil Works Co-ordination, Region South Huawei.  Co-ordinating the external partners and across internal teams involved in the project and civil engineering columns of the installation team.  Co-ordination and training in the safety and protection measures.  Control of civil engineering and associated installation companies in line with the Bautagebuch Relationship management between Landlords and construction companies.  Provisional acceptance of the works with the participation of civil engineering or installation company  Installation defect management through to rectification  Final Acceptance of the works.  Invoice reconciliation against BTN.

Stakeholders: Telefonica/ Huawei Project task: POC Alpha and Delta Projects / Assignment as Transport Planner, Team Leader of Fa. W+A for Region South, West and North East.  Management of 10 Transport Planners.  Responsible for technical co-ordination with HUAWEI and Telefonica.  Detailed planning of transport equipment RD, LLD and WP (ADVA, Tellabs OSN, DWDM, SDH) based on HLD.
