This is particularly difficult technology that we had mastered. - Secured worldwide Patent for the colour fastening of wood polymers - We Switched from wood polymer composite to waste TetraPak Paper/recycled Polymer Composite- Enviroserv control the TetraPak on site waste management, and were looking for a solution to utilize TetraPak waste. This induced Enviroserv to purchase 70% of PlyPak's shareholding in August 2007

- In 1989 with local Funding from the sale of my shares in Omega and forex support on Ministry of Industry in Zimbabwe, I started a flexible packaging from the ground- Targeted lucrative Horticultural Flower and Vegetable export market- Manufactured LDPE sheeting and bags, and PP film for export of cut flowers- Installed extruder for 6.5 Meter wide wide Green house Film. Still the widest blown film in Zimbabwe- In 1993, To facilitate a very large expansion plan into Polypropylene Box packaging for horticultural produce and cut flowers.- Installed State of tthe art Hollow Polypropylene sheet extrusion plant with complete box making machinery- Produced first ever fully printed reusable Coca cola Polypropylene box (Glass bottle deposit system)- Produced the same concept for National Breweries for all beer in green UV susceptible glass bottle- 1993 to 1999 the business continued to expand even under difficult times- During 1999 Anglo stated intention to withdraw from all non-core business in Zimbabwe and we bought back our original Shareholding. (Anglo invested invested in a few plastic and Greenfields manufacturing business, we were the only one to pay them a profit at exit)- From 1999 to 2001 the Company went form strength to strength, Horticultural industry was booming and Manpac became an important and strategic supplier in industry - I pulled out of Manpac during the 2001-2004 land redistribution programme which disturbed part of my clientele

- Secured Contract with Zimbabwe's largest Pharmaceutical Company to develop and manufacture a range of blow moulded containers. Challenge was to blow square bottle with round top.- Started business from inception with funding from local merchant bank, with 50/50 partner and shareholder.- Secured Austrian machinery. Installed and commissioned equipment - Trained operational and Technical Staff.- Designed and implemented manufacture of tooling- Produced 7 pro rated sizes from 100mm to 1 litre square bottles (These are still being used today by the same pharmaceutical company, 30 years later)Expanded business to include Aluminum press moulding of injectable vial closure and aluminium food trays
