At Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), my mission is to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience through innovative strategies and technologies. My expertise in BI & Analytics and airport systems integration propels the organization's vision forward, leveraging my diverse experience to strengthen our operational readiness and elevate the passenger experience.Leading the BER Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) program provided me with a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with all organizations at the airport and bring the new facility to life.Since January 2024, I've led the Operations Planning and Development team, focusing on advancing self-service passenger processing and enhancing airport system efficiencies. My tenure as Head of Infrastructure and Systems has honed my skills in portfolio management and project delivery, ensuring seamless operational transitions and robust capacity improvements.
