I am a passionate and visionary product leader, specializing in B2B data and analytics offerings, as well as SaaS solutions, within Financial Services. I have led product development, transformation strategy, technology and client solutions functions for a multiple small & medium sized businesses within Financial Services. My successes have been underpinned by a deep technical knowledge and ability to align and drive delivery across multiple teams.The main focus of my career has been in successfully scaling products post launch across revenue, profitability and client exposure/number of clients, creating sustainable businesses. I have built out product functions for businesses from the ground up, designed and build end-to-end data & analytics platforms, successfully taken products to market from scratch, and transformed offerings to introduce efficiency and resilience.In my roles, I leverage my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strategy expertise to create and implement innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the value proposition and competitive advantage of the companies I work with. I work closely with the senior leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to align the digital vision and roadmap with the organizational goals and client needs. I have also overseen the design, development and deployment of several data and analytics platforms that enable data-driven insights and decision making for clients.
