• Credit Risk Management – Investment o Conducted comprehensive risk assessments in Asia Pacifc(APAC) and approved credit limits up to $2.5 million.o Review and analyze the data and details of the respective client’s financial capacity using different credit bureaus such as S&P, DNB, Moody's, Fitch and etc. o Perform financial analysis or credit assessment using the Audited Financial Statement of the clients. o Performs light credit checks using pertinent information about the subject and third-party credit report. o Performs detailed credit checks following the latest credit model created by central credit. o Provide advice on credit proposal origination, credit approvals and external financing risks with the relevant businesses team and project finance team. o Build necessary dossier needed for localized and DG credit committee along with through analysis about the business. o Initiates flexibility requests to subjects demanding for a lower security to DG MD and/or VP DG o Present subjects in localized APAC credit committee and concur if they may warrant to be presented to DG credit committee. o Drive and close follow up the approval from central credit team and represent region in central credit committee meeting with business team. o Maintain and report credit risk management dashboard to regional management and HQ. o Qualify the banks (Class A) or equivalent who will be issuing bank guarantees, performance bonds and seeks approval to APAC management if needed. • Credit Risk Mitigation – Project Construction and Operation o Performs periodic credit review from the latest financial books of the company. o Monitors the collection of securities recommended for on boarding and renewal process. o Initiates credit review and rating of contractors and recommend needed securities if required. o Support project finance team on the external financing process to raise debt.
