- Responsible for all the project documents sent, received and management work, conscientiously implement the management of the document control files formulated and issued by the Owner and the OE, record and keep all the quality, safety, construction management, and other project documents- Controlled documents numbering procedures and revision status.- Maintained record of document distribution.- Responsible for the coordination with other units inside and outside the project department, to do good job of information transmission. - Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders- File scanning and store original copies of documents- Distribute project related copies to internal teams

- Designing posts, graphics, and videos for social media.- Tracking metrics and adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.- Designing and sending newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.- Running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Developing engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.- Working with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.- Keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.- Implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings and manage paid search campaigns.- Designing and sending email campaigns, managing email lists, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns.- Using software to automate marketing tasks such as email marketing, social media posting, and ad campaigns.
