Currently driving key initiatives at Hospitality Advisors (HA), a leading service platform supporting hotel owners, investors, and developers in asset management, procurement, and real estate transactions.Lead diverse efforts for the shareholders of a sprawling 250+ unit resort in St Martin. This includes overseeing asset management, renovations (both infrastructure and F&B), operational optimization, securing financing and fiscal incentives, all with a central focus on maximizing venture profitability.Leveraging my extensive industry network, I have established direct connections with FF&E manufacturers in Asia, Europe, and Mexico. I facilitate direct pricing and manages all facets of procurement and interior design. Current ongoing projects involve a renovation on the west coast and two ground-up developments in Florida and the Caribbean.Utilizing my expertise in real estate, I spearhead hotel brokerage initiatives covering acquisitions, dispositions and residential sales across Florida and the Caribbean. Additionally, I am advising investors with the negotiations of a 300+ room All-Inclusive branded management agreement in the Caribbean.

Heading up negotiations and growth initiatives for Premier (Ashford Inc.) in North America, Mexico and the Caribbean expanding Premier core business: interior design, architecture, procurement and project management services. As a critical component of Ashford's $8+ billion portfolio (120 hotels/ 26,000 rooms), Premier is instrumental in delivering annual asset renovations/constructions in excess of $400 million (FF&E and finishes). I am also tasked with seeking and underwriting investment opportunities for Ashford Inc. in the region.Ashford (NYSE American: AINC) is an alternative asset management company with a portfolio of strategic operating businesses that provide global asset management, investment management and related services to the real estate and hospitality sectors. It was founded with the intent to provide real estate owners and entrepreneurs with an alternate source of advice and connection to an expansive and diverse network of professionals capable of assisting and advising on concept definition, branding, management and underwriting for acquisition or disposition.Activities in 2018-2019 included advisory services for hotels/resorts in Central America and the Caribbean, the successful disposition of a 258-room resort in St Martin, Asset Manager role during the re-positioning of 3 resorts in Jamaica, the disposition of several assets in the Dominican Republic and Central America, a select service resort in Aruba and a resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, as well as implementing the re-branding of a prominent upper upscale property in Mexico.

Managed all development activities for Carlson Rezidor in the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America growing Radisson (Blu & Red), Country and Park. Negotiated and structured accretive deals in compliance with Carlson’s strategic plan, acting as communication link between the corporation and its partners.Led a regional team of development directors leveraging the company ability to expand its footprint, brand perception and regional contribution to enterprise profit. Beyond traditional management and franchise agreements, also analyzed and negotiated joint ventures, partnerships and acquisitions opportunities acting as the corporate lead negotiator for owners, developers and clients within the region.

During this tenure with Renaissance and Ramada, implemented and coordinated the regional expansion of these two brands providing direction and focus of all development activities in the Caribbean and Latin America initially, then Europe (2 years assignment in Germany overseeing EMEA expansion).
