EY Transaction Support (TS) department provides financial due diligence services for transactions (mostly Buy-side in Vietnam). As a Senior Consultant my role consists in:Performing analyzes of accounting/financial information and assessing operational data in order to identify key issues or dysfunctions, potential deal-breakers and to provide data to support potential valuation and negotiations for our clients.Assigned on various transactions, performing Financial Due diligence for private equity funds and corporate buyers, mainly in Manufacturing, Oil & gas, Pharmaceutical, Media & Entertainment industries.Additional role: Assisting the Valuation department on on-going projects with industry researches (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Securities, etc.), presentations, and technical support.
