I have extensive experience in corporate finance, spanning over three decades. My background includes working in various banks, in the corporate finance department of an international accounting firm, and as an independent corporate finance specialist. Throughout my career, I have advised and guided my clients on critical areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, value creation and financing.From 2020 to 2023, I served as the ad interim CFO for one of my clients. During my tenure with this company, I participated in multiple acquisitions throughout Northern, Central, and Southern Europe. As the Chief Financial Officer, this role presented an excellent opportunity for me to acquire experience in the implementation of acquisitions.
