My work and ambition has always been focused on "understanding people" - with the goal to explain and predict their decisions: being it citizens or consumers, being it voting decisions, media consumption or purchases of products and services.Since 2023, I am the Managing Director of Infratest dimap in Berlin. InDi is one of the leading German institutes for political polling and research and was founded in 1997 as a joint venture of dimap and Verian (formerly TNS Infratest/Kantar Public). Previously, I worked more than 15 years at GfK (Nuremberg, Germany) as VP Media Measurement & Netquest, Head of PMO & Sales Office, Executive Manager to the CEO, Industry Lead and Research Manager. During this time I gained deep knowledge and expertise in Market & Media Research and Consulting around Customer Experience (CX), Brand Management, Marketing Effectiveness and Product & Innovation. Additionally I have experiences in Change Management, Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence.Before entering into the commercial research sector, I was an assistant professor for social sciences at the University of Bamberg (Germany). From my academic work, I gained experiences in election & public opinion research as well as statistical methods and analysis. In 2018 I have been elected as a Board Member for the ADM e.V. (business association for market and social research agencies in Germany). Since 2018 I am also member of the Supervisory Board at DataAhead (Nuremberg).
