Team lead responsible for driving a number of strategic objectives forward including:- Mobilising a new governance framework to drive better visibility and more focus on high priority customer-impacting defects.- Managing our organisation’s OpEx budget, highlighting any risks to senior stakeholders and identifying mitigation opportunities.- Driving data quality and improved reporting of different stages of product delivery lifecycle.- Implementing new processes to support increased throughput and earlier delivery of priority projects.

- Responsible for progressing Consumer Demand across Home Broadband, Insurance and In-Life portfolios.- Chairing weekly portfolio sync meetings to identify any risks to delivery on existing demands and mobilise any new demands.- Driving continuous improvement opportunities to improve existing processes and benefit from time efficiencies.

- Liaising with project managers to coordinate mobilisation of a £100m CapEx budget ensuring timely access to funds enabling project delivery.- Computing Network KPIs from multiple datasets to support internal reporting, external communications and marketing claims.

- Financially planning a multi-year strategic programme for VFUK Networks, obtaining CEO approval.- Budgeting for London’s radio network and national transmission programmes to support timely mobilisation of accurately planned budget.
