Responsible for the complete underwriting of complex new requests and servicing actions, such as renewals, annual reviews, partial releases, and covenant monitoring for relationship exposures up to and exceeding $30mln, while also serving as a coach and/or mentor to other Financial Analysts & Interns. 2. In 2016, served as a test user for company wide onboarding tool for Financial Analysts that remains in use to-date. Main duties included testing case studies, ensuring overall flow of the tool made sense, and measuring effectiveness in preparing a new employee to accomplish their daily work. 3. In 2018, served on company-wide analyst intern onboarding committee to help establish effective use of company software, key topics of learning, and skills needed to transition into an analyst role. 4. In 2018, selected by the Mid-Plains Regional Management Team for the Customer TeamOf the Year Award. 6. In 2020, organized with two colleagues, two virtual step challenges to raise money for Feeding America while virtually engaging employees in a Work From Home environment. Combined, we raised nearly $10,000 and logged over 6 million steps. 7. In 2020, I was selected from a pool of 70 applicants to fill 1 of 26 open Rabobank North America Regional Cultural Ambassador roles.

1. Primarily responsible for the development and communication of loan policies and procedures, as well as overall responsibility for the company's loan portfolio. 2. Provides advice/guidance to lending staff, including training, in all lending activities to ensure compliance to internal lending philosophy and policies, as well as external regulatory requirements. 3. 1. Performs credit administration, financial analysis, monitoring and due diligence review of various financial packages and loan originations.2. Analyzes financial information including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow and tax returns to form an opinion of the strengths, weaknesses and risks associated with loan packages. 3. Responsible for the financial analysis, monitoring, and due dilligence review of larger commercial, oil & gas, and agricultural related loan packages which often included same analysis of individual guarantors.2. Performed collateral inspections, appraisal reviews, and market evaluations of Single Family Residences and Commercial Real Estate (including Agricultural Farmland).3. Met with customers/prospects in order to develop & monitor consumer, commercial & agricultural loan relationships in the Pampa & Floydada, Texas markets.4.
