- Develops, updates, and maintains the colleges 2+2 Articulation Agreements, while building relationships with Community College art department chairs- Develops and maintains relationships with high school art educators as it relates to recruitment and programming- Serves as a primary contact for prospective Transfer students and their families relative to their interest in the College- In conjunction with the Director of Admissions and other key departments, oversee major functions of Montserrat's Art Educator Summer Institute as it relates to recruitment- Builds and cultivates relationships with specialized art programs through a variety of workshops, information sessions, and other engagement activities- Develops and implements specialized programming to targeted audiences to support Montserrat's overall enrollment goals- In conjunction with the Director of Admissions and the Admissions team, oversees coordinators and plans on- and off-campus admissions events- Represents the College at a variety of on- and off- campus events including college fairs, portfolio days, school visits, and on-campus admissions events

- Coordinating outreach to entice event contributors- Curating a diverse and exciting array of literary magazines and small presses- Liaising between Poetry Festival administrators, university facilities staff, and small press/magazine staff members to meet their needs throughout the festival weekend- Designing the event space from participant table layouts to thematic decorations while considering overall people moving and safety of the space- Point of contact for all vendors leasing up to an on the day of the event

- Overseeing all aspects of the production department, including but not limited to planning and executing seasonal load-in/out, developing and staying within the approved budget, and leading a seasonal production staff of 40+, comprised of both concert event staff and the musical creative team- Processing theatrical rentals, including writing rental documentation, managing the rental database, and arranging logistics for shipping with vendors across the country- Building and implementing production calendars pertaining to the development and load-in of everything related to the performance and backstage areas, auditions, rehearsals, education, staffing per event, and strike at the end of the season- Interviewing and contracting all members of the seasonal production staff - Processing (and in some cases, writing) contracts for all visiting musical artists, coordinating with entertainment management teams from across the country - Advancing all aspects of the musical production and visiting artists’ needs as they align with the mission and parameters of the organization - Arranging all equipment rentals and repairs with area vendors - Organizing and scheduling all load-ins/load-outs of all Festival shows- Acting as the sole point of communication for all visiting artists within the scope of the seasonal concert series

- Under a six-month contract, collaborated with creative team members for a total of four theatrical productions to ensure effective and efficient communication- Developed and ensured staff accountability to all production calendars- Arranged rehearsal schedules/spaces, as well as build, load-in, hang/focus schedules and all technical rehearsals- Sourced and hired creative teams for productions as needed - Scheduled and conducted all production meetings, disseminated information and agendas to all staff, and arranged follow up meetings with individual members of teams when necessary

- Oversaw all Professional and Student Writing Tutors within the Writing Center - Provided guidance for undergraduate/graduate students in various stages of the writing process across disciplines- Advised students through the completion of senior and graduate level thesis/ dissertation projects - Created supplemental materials for tutors, faculty, and students, including information regarding APA, MLA, and CMS formats

- Designed for all in-school and Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild High School Drama Festival productions- Instructed and collaborated with student-based scenic design team, including overseeing the design, construction, and dressing of sets

- Taught Early American Literature (grade 11), Honors English (grade 9), and Dramatic Literature (grades 9-12)- Applied and further developed Massachusetts Common Core requirements for all courses- Differentiated instruction for individual student needs- Advisor and Scenic Designer for Stage One Drama Club during daily assignments and after school

- Stage Managed a production of Cabaret (2017) with students ages 14-19- Lead workshops in creative arts, including “We Question the World: A Slam Poetry Workshop” and “Character as Poem: Writing the Persona Poem” - Developed original curriculum for each two-week workshop, during which students wrote and revised original poems and culminated with group poems presented to parents and other Festival participants - Stage Managed a production of The Phantom Tollbooth Jr. (2018) with students ages 8-12- Participated in properties creation as well as staging scenes - Conducted direct, weekly communications with parents of all cast members as well as administrative staff
