From a young age I have been fascinated by all kinds of technology. That interest has also strived me through my career.My interest towards factory automation started in a manufacturing business where I was working as a Mechatronics engineer. In this department my day to day tasks were to make sure that the machines are working without hiccups and regular maintenance. When something stopped working or broke, then my job was to solve the problem as quickly as possible. That made me wonder, can some of these operations be done with more reliablity and how can I make it better?After the manufacturing business I was offered an opportunity to join the small team of HOOB Factory Automation where I could start realizing my passion towards designing complete factory automation systems. I started as a Mechatronics engineer and gained valuable experience working through all stages of designing a machine from concept to final product. As my experience grew and so did the company. I took on a more focused role towards automation as an Automation Engineer. I worked together with a small group of bright minded engineers and strive towards developing safe and smart automated solutions. To gain valueable big scale project experience, I decided to join the railway automation industry and therefore enjoy seeking for eye-opening solutions and experiences.
