To better support these businesses, we go beyond treating them as clients; we sometimes take an ownership stake when necessary.My core responsibilities at SeeStar include strengthening our client pool in the most active and innovative sectors, such as sustainability, green energy, and technology innovation, building on our strong track record in consumer and consumer tech areas. I specialize in executive searches related to legal/compliance, finance, human resource and commercial leadership roles. I lead the execution of all client assignments. I maintain strong relationships with governmental bodies, such as tech parks and development zones in China, to help entrepreneurs implement their business plans. Additionally, I build and maintain collaborations with professional service providers, including management coaches, lawyers, financial advisors, and investors, to meet our clients' potential needs.
