We were responsible for planning and coordination migrations across all lines of business and functional groups, including customer support, product owners, engineering, operations, field ops, and multiple vendors and consultants. We were responsible for reviewing and approving every move event to determine technical and organization readiness. We were able to bring the project in on time and on budget, for which Mary and I received the coveted Syniverse Pinnacle award!
