Marketing lead for SDG&E's marketing campaign supporting the transition of 800,000 residential customers to a new way of energy pricing (Time-of-Use). This campaign spanned hundreds of tactics such as personalized direct mail and email, TV, print, out of home, radio, display, paid social, and paid search. As of December 2019, it reached 90% of San Diego’s population, included 5 million targeted communications customized for 800,000 customers, increased awareness of Time-of-Use to 87% and doubled overall unaided advertising recall from 15% to 30% As of September, my additional responsibilities include leading SDG&E's clean transportation marketing initiatives. An exciting new opportunity with a new campaign launching in 2020.
