Rolando has been in the industry for three years after graduating from ArtCenter College of Design. He has experience working with a variety of clients that span from the digital to the cultural sphere. His strengths range across branding, identity systems, and editorial design. Through his agency experience, he has partnered with the likes of Meta and Salesforce to reinvigorate their existing brand guidelines for campaigns and brand extensions. For example, when designing for Meta he was responsible for creating exciting, eye catching motion advertisements using their established system to promote their Small Business Ad features. Salesforce needed to corral their identity system around a cohesive and practical approach when creating thumbnails for their entire website. This undertaking included a visual audit, problem solving and the creation of new guidelines that would live under their master guidelines. Rolando sees visual language much like music. There is a symphony and harmony that brings different notes together for a cohesive experience.
