- When a merchant needs recommendations as to what options they have for their method to process, I offer them the best solution according to their standards and business model/industry they are in.- When accounts are approved, I receive files of the merchants that need equipment which I work independently on in downloading, packaging and shipping out to them.- When merchants have technical issues with their equipment, I request information of the issue and provide problem solving skills to eliminate/minimize other factors to narrow down and pin point where the problem is coming from.- Regularly, colleagues approach me for advice on where to look for certain information, how to implement answers/solutions to the task at hand and what is the best direction to take to solve the issue.- Staying organized, recording time stamps and pay very close attention to detail on tasks makes it very easy for me to retrace my steps if someone is missing valuable information on how to pull up a specific account, what equipment they are currently using and what issues they have had in the past.- Staying organized is also crucial in my position as I receive requests from emails, phone calls that require immediate assistance, to colleagues approaching me in the moment to my regular assignments of folders being handed to me for account setups.- Ability to train anyone relating to credit card processing from selling the account, to providing support, to determine rates of other processors versus ours, to providing the best solution for their processing needs.- Constantly learning new software and processing methods that would benefit the merchant depending on what system they are currently using, if they need updated technology to make their business run efficiently and more effectively.- Work in an extremely fast pace environment where every person is a ‘priority’ and having to multi-task between assignments make sure that the day to day operations are completed and ever
