Role specifics:*Manage key select client accounts.*Manage state sales team and related budget and KPI's.*Work with CEO's through to sales staff in identifying better sales processes, utilising construction market information and database solutions. *National responsibility for facilitating client seminars throughout Australia. Seminars cover sales skills, time management, database use, CRM use, API Data delivery, marketing ideas, sales team management strategies, proposal and tender writing skills and importance of integrating data into a successful sales strategy.* Key Note Speaker on commercial construction insights and trends.

Responsible for 300 key client relationships. • Consulting, including sales strategy development.• Generated new markets into Government and implemented strategic partnerships to commentate on construction trends •Comprehensive database (CRM) integration skills.
