Started at the very beginning of Spielwork by developing the concept of Spielwork into an actual product, focused on the back-end. Initially transforming the concept and designs into a functional MVP and later developing it further as a job board to help people find a suitable first or next job. As many young companies we pivoted to better suit the market demands and help our proposition find traction with the right audience. This involved developing a lot of new features, where my role was to translate business requirements into new functionality. This functionality included among other things a customer facing dashboard, multilingual job vacancies, 3rd party integrations with, internal tools for content creation and AI assistance.

In general a pragmatic problem solver and maker, focused on back-end development with a constantly evolving skill set. Using the right tool for the job focused on maintainability, security and scalability that solves real problems.

FitChef specializes in developing and implementing whitelabel nutrition software for fitness, food, and health brands. Founded in 2018, as hired Back-end Developer I advised on the approach of developing both the customer-facing website as well as the decision tree logic for the nutrition plans. Furthermore I laid out the required data structure and developed functionality in line with the road map. During this time i assisted in onboarding a new developer and helped deliver a satisfactory version 1 of the product.

Continuing the concept of POPPED that was developed during a three months Rockstart period, now in the role of back-end developer. Responsible for back-end logic, server infrastructure using AWS, DRM using HLS with AES encryption, DDEX ingestion, API creation, security and subscription based payments.

Rockstart accelerator using the LEAN startup method sponsored by Sony Music with the goal to further develop the concept and roadmap to execution for POPPED music; a service with a mission to serve music simple. During this time the team received intensive pitch training by the world famous pitch coach David Beckett.

Finding ways of utilizing vast amounts of data to inspire businesses about their target audience and current customers.Customers include FonQ, ICM, Sony Music Entertainment, Gemeente Rotterdam, Hogeschool Rotterdam.

In a LEAN environment responsible for turning feature requirement into functional code together with a team of designers and developers using Agile SCRUM.
