Designed a 4-layer PCB for an electric motor dyno system capable of precise analog data acquisition, running critical safety systems, powering adjustable lighting and cooling setups, and communicating live data to the operator over USB/CAN.Developed firmware in C++ to collect data over SPI and CAN from various sensors; programmed PWM control for cooling and LEDs.Dyno system is used to test variable flux memory motors (VFMM) that have fully adjustable torque and speed, allowing peak efficiency in multiple road conditions.

- Upgraded the Space Exploration Vehicle's (SEV) passive suspension to active suspension, leading to higher levels of control and thrust force.- Designed and assembled an Opto-Isolator circuit used to test Artemis electronics when exposed to radiation in space, creating a functional testbed that increased the efficiency of gathering data.- Assembled & wired avionics boxes, battery box, and power distribution unit for the Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV).- Designed parts of the LTV control interface to better suit astronauts on the moon.- 3D-modeled & manufactured Flag Pole Prototypes for future moon landings.
