Roland was best known for being an integral part of the legendary St. Louis Rams’ “Greatest Show on Turf” offensive unit, breaking numerous records in route to a Super Bowl victory. Following his professional football career, Roland has continued to enjoy success with his blueprint of discipline, teamwork and strategy. One of his investments made news in 2022 by becoming the largest African-American owned MBE manufacturer of Nitrile Examination Gloves in the United States.Roland is also committed to making a difference in his community and beyond. In 2015, Roland founded the Champion Academy Extreme Mentoring & Empowerment Initiative, a transformative mentoring program helping thousands of teens in poverty overcome social, emotional and academic challenges to maximize their human potential.
