Boerga sells electric bikes and Freebords for Austria and Germany. I co-founded and established this online retailer for EcoBike electric bikes in Austria and Germany. I implement marketing strategies for the products and maintain logistical properties and customer service.

Nakisa is a premium partner of SAP providing organizational and human capital management solutions. TTTech provides hardware and software technology for automotive and aerospace companies, such as Audi, Boeing, and Airbus, in the field of highly reliable communication systems (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, TTP, TT-Ethernet). I led project plans and coordination of six software developers. I updated the executive board members of the developers’ improvements and maintained control of the development process.❖ Key Achievements:✔ Managed the entire software development life cycle pertaining to the strict process requirements of aerospace engineering while also providing training to colleagues on the process requirements✔ Led audits of projects and achieved AS9100 compliance without constraint✔ Maintained effective communication with customers, certification authorities, and suppliers✔ Spearheaded inter-departmental product development projects for verification tools TTP-Verify (Data Network Verification) and TD-Com Verify (Firmware Verification)✔ Identified and implemented process improvements which decreased software development efforts by 15%✔ Executed three major one-year software projects with operating budgets of $250k, $350k, and $500k, and completed the latter two with parallel deadlines

I performed the role of an engineer, however still utilized management skills in independent projects. I developed software life cycle documents; such as test cases, project and validation plans, configuration management, release plans, user guides, and design and requirements documents.
