This consisted of daily contact with sales agents in countries such as China, Japan, Dubai, Thailand, Australia and Korea. I was also involved in invoicing, inventory control, contact with suppliers and monitoring of shipping costs.The last three months, my position was Controller Assistant.The job consisted of documenting the customer's invoice payments in the EU's minimum price regime. Marine Harvest had to verify that no salmon were "dumped", i.e. sold below the minimum price. This was a painstaking job that required both patience and accuracy. The job involved contact with Customs Authorities and freight forwarders in the European Union.
