As a Graduate of SIA Wharton School and the Donald T. Reagan School of Financial Management, Rolf Eidbo has developed the most successful and instrumental Public Adjusting firms in Northern California (Concordia Claims Managers). Rolf has adjusted over 1,000 claims since he founded CCM some six years ago. Prior to establishing CCM he worked for three different Public Adjusting Companies and spent five months in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Having managed over 350 retail brokers for Merrill Lynch as District Sales Manager, Rolf understands systems and protocol required for large scale operations. He has taken this awareness and conveyed it to Concordia Claims Managers making it what it is today a large scale operation in a small company. Over the years he has served on the board of several non-profit organizations, including the American Red Cross, San Diego Hall of Champions and the Boy Scouts of America. Rolf has donated his services as a Public Adjuster forgoing over $1.5 million in service fees assisting churches and charitable organizations adjust their losses due to arson fires. As a visionary, philanthropist and leader, Rolf has established a 501(c)(3) Fire Dogs in an effort to stop arson. Donating arson dogs to local fire departments along with scholarships to local high school students each year.
