I believe in doing things which are quite simply, worth doing. I like people....yes, I really like people! I strive for clarity in my thoughts and fairness in my decision making....being able to pick winners helps! I enjoy the big picture and believe people in any organisation need to know and feel a part of the big picture.... not a small cog in a big machine.I am not a businessman but things which matter to me are my business. I believe leadership by example is the most important form of leadership. I believe our ethics should shape our politics not the other way around. I believe hard work is good for your health and a life without a purpose is a terrible fate. I believe amazing things can be achieved when work becomes more fun than fun.I believe in being brave...in being guided by my conscience and having the courage to make the right decisions....even if the consequences are difficult. I believe in having fun, laughing a lot and not taking myself too seriously. I wish I could spell better. I believe pragmatism combined with altruism can lead to great things. I believe a worrying symptom of ageing is narrow mindedness.I believe in living life to the full...there may be life after death but this is the only one I know of!
