Principal ConsultantPtc Oct 2006 - Apr 2009I started on April 1st 2007 in the GSDev group as a part of the Soft Skills Team. I was asked to add my own knowledge as Leader and NLP Master (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Before starting in this group I attended the Change Management Workshop in Minneapolis and the CSW in Munich. I was very flexible and changed my private appointments such as holiday and I missed a lot of German public holidays. I wrote Quick Reference Cards for the CSW and my own trainer guide. I have delivered this workshop several times in Europe, Asia and North America, with a very good feedback. I was asked to write a follow on workshop for the CSW to start with the program at Orlando Conference and I came up with a full concept. The concept has different steps and a time table. I was the Project Leader of the CSW for the AP – Conference. In this role I prepared the material for the workshop (Manual / Quick Reference Cards / Instructors Guide / Facilitators Guide) with a team of 6 people (3 US and 2 Asian). The team and I delivered at the Conference this training for 160 people in 4 rooms. I was rated by the attendees as the best trainer in this area.After this I prepared and delivered the CSW Follow On Workshop for the Orlando Conference with a team of 3 people plus 12 facilitators from the US and Europe, so I was managing again a virtual team. In addition to my job at PTC I visited a Coach Certification Program which uses my NLP – Trainer know-how and add some know-how in the Coach area. In 2007 I got certified as a Coach from DVNLP, which is the German Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming. I trained people worldwide in all Soft Skill related competencies. Parallel to that I worked on together with different leaders in the organization on the Performance Management Process to get the right templates and a standard process in place. -
