Zuletzt war ich Geschäftsführer bei der größten Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaft für Werkzeugmaschinen in Deutschland. In dieser wettbewerbsintensiven Branche konnte ich zusammen mit meinem kontinuierlich wachsenden Team deutlich steigende Marktanteile erarbeiten. I started my professional career in international sales after my study of mechanical engineering in Karlsruhe and New York, USA, and my doctorate at the Research Center in Karlsruhe. In my final position I was CEO of the largest sales and service company for machine tools in Germany. In this very competitive branch, together with my continually expanding team, I was able to establish a clear increase in the share of the market. With this background experience, my many years’ responsibility for personnel and my continuous further education, including qualifying as a systemic coach, I advise our customers in the search and selection of new employees in the mechanical and plant engineering branches.
